   Hi, everyone. I'm a cook in Mumbai. My apartment is right next to a big train station. Today, I'll talk about the good and bad points.

   Hola a todos. Soy cocinero en Bombay. Mi apartamento está justo al lado de una gran estación de tren. Hoy voy a hablar de sus puntos buenos y malos.

2. 02Good: Easy to Travel

   The good thing is, it's easy to travel. The station is a two-minute walk away. I can go anywhere in the city by train.

   Lo bueno es que es fácil viajar. La estación está a dos minutos a pie. Puedo ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad en tren.

3. 03Good: Shops and Food

   Also, there are many shops and food stalls near the station. I can buy anything, even late at night.

   Además, hay muchas tiendas y puestos de comida cerca de la estación. Puedo comprar cualquier cosa, incluso tarde por la noche.

4. 04Bad: Noise and Crowds

   The problem is the noise. I hear trains all day. The streets are also very crowded in the morning, so walking is slow.
