   Hi, everyone. I'm an accountant, not a programmer. But two years ago, I started learning a little coding in my free time, and it changed how I work. Today, I'd like to recommend it to everyone.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私は会計士で、プログラマーではありません。でも2年前、空いた時間に少しプログラミングを学び始めたら、働き方が変わりました。今日は、それをみんなにおすすめしたいと思います。

2. 02Reason 1: Save Time

   The first reason is time. I wrote a small program that organizes my spreadsheets automatically. A task that used to take me an hour now takes one minute.

   一つ目の理由は、時間です。私は、表計算のファイルを自動で整理する小さなプログラムを書きました。前は1時間かかっていた作業が、今では1分で終わります。

3. 03Reason 2: Think Step by Step

   The second reason is thinking. Coding teaches you to break a big problem into small steps. I now use that skill everywhere, even when planning a trip.

   二つ目の理由は、考え方です。プログラミングでは、大きな問題を小さな手順に分けることを学びます。今では、旅行の計画を立てるときでさえ、どこでもその力を使っています。

   The third reason is understanding. When you know a little coding, apps and websites stop feeling like magic. You understand what's possible, and you can talk with tech teams more easily.

   三つ目の理由は、理解です。少しプログラミングが分かると、アプリやウェブサイトが魔法のようには感じられなくなります。何ができるのかが分かりますし、技術系のチームとも話しやすくなります。

   Starting is easier than you think. Choose a free online course, practice for twenty minutes a day, and try to solve one real problem from your own life.

   始めるのは、思っているより簡単です。無料のオンライン講座を選んで、1日20分練習し、自分の生活の中の本当の問題を一つ解いてみましょう。

6. 06"But I'm Not Good at Math"

   Many people tell me, "But I'm not good at math." Don't worry. For simple tasks, coding is more about clear thinking and patience than about difficult math.

   多くの人に「でも、数学が苦手なんです」と言われます。心配いりません。簡単な作業なら、プログラミングに必要なのは、難しい数学よりも、はっきり考えることと根気です。
