   Hello, everyone. I live in Guadalajara, Mexico. My favorite street food is tacos from a small stand near my house. Let me tell you about them.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はメキシコのグアダラハラに住んでいます。一番好きな屋台の食べ物は、家の近くの小さな屋台のタコスです。そのことをお話しします。

2. 02What's in a Taco?

   A taco is a soft corn tortilla with meat inside. On top, we put onion, cilantro, and a little lime juice.

   タコスは、やわらかいとうもろこしのトルティーヤに、お肉をはさんだものです。上に、玉ねぎとパクチーをのせて、ライムの汁を少しかけます。

3. 03The Salsa

   Then you choose your salsa. The red salsa is very spicy, and the green salsa is fresh and a little sour. I like green salsa best.

   それから、サルサを選びます。赤いサルサはとても辛くて、緑のサルサはさわやかで少し酸っぱいです。私は緑のサルサが一番好きです。

4. 04The Stand

   The stand opens at night. It is always busy, and the cook remembers my order. He always says, "The usual?"

   屋台は夜に開きます。いつも混んでいて、料理人は私の注文を覚えてくれています。いつも「いつもの？」と聞いてくれます。
