   Hi, everyone. I'm a college student in Nairobi. I share a small apartment with my sister. Every Sunday morning, I clean for one hour. Here is my routine.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はナイロビの大学生です。姉と小さなアパートで一緒に暮らしています。毎週日曜日の朝、1時間掃除をします。これが私のやり方です。

2. 02Step 1: Music On

   First, I put on my favorite music. It makes cleaning more fun, and I work faster.

   まず、お気に入りの音楽をかけます。掃除が楽しくなって、手も速く動きます。

3. 03Step 2: Kitchen and Bathroom

   Next, I clean the kitchen and the bathroom. I wash the dishes and clean the sinks. This takes about thirty minutes.

   次に、台所とお風呂場を掃除します。お皿を洗って、流しをきれいにします。これに30分くらいかかります。

4. 04Step 3: Floors and Trash

   Then, I sweep the floors. Finally, I take out the trash. My sister does the laundry at the same time.

   それから、床をはきます。最後に、ごみを出します。その間に、姉が洗濯をします。

   After one hour, our home is clean. Then I make tea and relax. A clean home helps me start the week well. Thank you for listening.

   1時間たつと、家はきれいになっています。それからお茶をいれて、のんびりします。家がきれいだと、1週間をいい形で始められます。聞いてくれてありがとうございました。
