   Hello, everyone. I'm learning English, and my favorite study habit is simple. I keep a small vocabulary notebook. Today, I want to tell you why.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私は英語を勉強していて、一番好きな勉強の習慣は単純なものです。小さな単語ノートをつけているのです。今日は、その理由をお話しします。

2. 02What I Write

   When I learn a new word, I write three things: the word, the meaning, and one example sentence.

   新しい単語を覚えたら、三つのことを書きます。単語と、意味と、例文を一つです。

3. 03Reason 1: I Remember More

   First, it helps me remember. When I write a word with my hand, it stays in my head longer.

   一つ目に、覚えるのに役立ちます。手で単語を書くと、頭に長く残ります。

4. 04Reason 2: Easy to Review

   Second, it's easy to review. My notebook is small, so I can read it on the bus or before class.

   二つ目に、復習が簡単です。ノートは小さいので、バスの中や授業の前に読めます。
