1. 01What Traveling Alone in Vietnam Taught Me

   Hello, everyone. Last spring, I spent two weeks traveling alone in Vietnam. It was my first solo trip. Today, I'll share the good parts, the hard parts, and what I learned.

   大家好。去年春天，我一个人在越南旅行了两周。那是我第一次独自旅行。今天我想和大家分享其中的好处、困难，以及我学到的东西。

2. 02Freedom

   The best part was freedom. I could go wherever I wanted and change my plans at any time. If I liked a town, I simply stayed longer.

   最棒的是自由。我想去哪儿就去哪儿，随时都可以改变计划。如果喜欢某个小镇，我就干脆多住几天。

3. 03Meeting People

   Surprisingly, traveling alone made it easier to meet people. Local people talked to me more often, and I made friends with other travelers at hostels.

   出乎意料的是，一个人旅行反而更容易认识人。当地人更常主动和我聊天，我也在青年旅舍里和其他旅行者交了朋友。

4. 04The Hard Parts

   Of course, there were hard parts too. Eating dinner alone felt lonely at times, and some things, like taxis and rooms, cost more when you can't share them.

   当然，也有困难的时候。一个人吃晚饭有时会觉得孤单，而且像出租车和房间这些东西，没人分摊的话会更贵。

5. 05Staying Safe

   Safety was also important. I shared my plans with my family, kept a copy of my passport, and trusted my feelings. If a place felt wrong, I left.

   安全也很重要。我把行程告诉了家人，备了一份护照复印件，并且相信自己的直觉。如果觉得一个地方不对劲，我就离开。

6. 06What I Learned

   The biggest lesson was about myself. I learned that I can solve problems on my own. I also learned that being alone is not the same as being lonely.

   最大的收获是关于我自己。我发现自己能独立解决问题。我也明白了，一个人并不等于孤独。

7. 07Conclusion

   In conclusion, traveling alone has its challenges, but the good parts are worth it. I think everyone should try it at least once. Thank you.

   总之，独自旅行有它的挑战，但它的好处让这一切都值得。我觉得每个人都应该至少尝试一次。谢谢大家。
