   Hello, everyone. Two years ago, I downloaded a food delivery app. Since then, it has changed how I eat, for better and for worse. Today, I'll share both sides.

   大家好。兩年前，我下載了一個外送 App。從那之後，它改變了我吃飯的方式，有好的一面，也有壞的一面。今天我要分享這兩面。

2. 02So Convenient

   The biggest advantage is convenience. I can order food in seconds, and it usually arrives in about thirty minutes.

   最大的優點就是方便。我幾秒鐘就能點好餐，通常大約三十分鐘就會送到。

3. 03More Choices

   Delivery apps also give me more choices. I can try food from many countries without leaving my home.

   外送 App 也讓我有更多選擇。我不用出門，就能吃到很多國家的料理。

4. 04The Hidden Costs

   However, there are hidden costs. Delivery fees and tips add up quickly, and every order comes with a lot of plastic packaging.

   不過，這裡面也有看不見的成本。外送費和小費很快就會累積起來，而且每一筆訂單都會附上一大堆塑膠包裝。

5. 05Changing Habits

   I also noticed a change in my habits. Before, I cooked most days. After I got the app, I was ordering three times a week and spending much more.

   我也發現自己的習慣改變了。以前，我大部分的日子都會自己煮。有了這個 App 之後，我一個星期要叫三次外送，花的錢也多了很多。

6. 06My New Rules

   So I made some new rules. I only order on very busy days, I choose restaurants near my home, and I cook on weekends.

   所以我給自己訂了幾條新規則。只有非常忙的日子才叫外送，選擇離家近的餐廳，週末就自己下廚。
