Good morning, everyone. I grew up in Hong Kong, and my favorite breakfast is congee. Today, I want to introduce it to you.

02What Is Congee?
Congee is rice cooked in a lot of water for a long time. It becomes soft, thick, and warm, like a rice soup.
El congee es arroz cocido en mucha agua durante mucho tiempo. Queda suave, espeso y calentito, como una sopa de arroz.
03My Favorite Toppings
I like to add toppings. My favorites are green onions, fresh ginger, and a piece of fried dough. The fried dough is crispy, so it's fun to eat.
