   Hello, everyone. I'm a student in Melbourne, and I share an apartment with a roommate. Today, I'll talk about the good and bad points of living together.

   Hola a todos. Soy estudiante en Melbourne y comparto un apartamento con un compañero de piso. Hoy voy a hablar de los puntos buenos y malos de vivir juntos.

2. 02Good Point 1: It's Cheaper

   The first good thing is money. We pay half of the rent and half of the bills each. It is much cheaper than living alone.

   Lo primero bueno es el dinero. Cada uno paga la mitad del alquiler y la mitad de las facturas. Es mucho más barato que vivir solo.

3. 03Good Point 2: I'm Not Lonely

   Another good thing is that I'm not lonely. When I come home, there is someone to talk to. Sometimes we cook dinner together.

   Otra cosa buena es que no me siento solo. Cuando llego a casa, hay alguien con quien hablar. A veces cocinamos la cena juntos.

4. 04The Bad Points

   But there are some bad things too. Sometimes it's noisy, and I have less privacy. We also argue about cleaning the kitchen!

   Pero también hay algunas cosas malas. A veces hay ruido, y tengo menos privacidad. ¡También discutimos sobre quién limpia la cocina!

   For me, the good points are bigger than the bad points. My tip is to make clear rules for cleaning on the first day. Thank you for listening.
