   Hello, everyone. I'm a student in Melbourne, and I share an apartment with a roommate. Today, I'll talk about the good and bad points of living together.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はメルボルンの学生で、ルームメイトとアパートをシェアしています。今日は、一緒に暮らすことの良い点と悪い点についてお話しします。

2. 02Good Point 1: It's Cheaper

   The first good thing is money. We pay half of the rent and half of the bills each. It is much cheaper than living alone.

   一つ目の良い点は、お金です。家賃も光熱費も、半分ずつ払っています。一人暮らしよりずっと安いです。

3. 03Good Point 2: I'm Not Lonely

   Another good thing is that I'm not lonely. When I come home, there is someone to talk to. Sometimes we cook dinner together.

   もう一つの良い点は、さびしくないことです。家に帰ると、話し相手がいます。時々、一緒に夕食を作ります。

4. 04The Bad Points

   But there are some bad things too. Sometimes it's noisy, and I have less privacy. We also argue about cleaning the kitchen!

   でも、悪い点もあります。うるさいこともありますし、プライバシーも少なくなります。それに、台所の掃除のことで言い争いになります！

5. 05Conclusion

   For me, the good points are bigger than the bad points. My tip is to make clear rules for cleaning on the first day. Thank you for listening.
