1. 01How I Prepare for a Job Interview

   Hi, everyone. Job interviews make me nervous, so I always prepare carefully. Today, I'll explain my four simple steps.

   Hola a todos. Las entrevistas de trabajo me ponen nervioso, así que siempre me preparo con cuidado. Hoy les voy a explicar mis cuatro pasos sencillos.

2. 02Step 1: Learn About the Company

   First, I learn about the company. I read their website and find out what they do and what they care about.

   Primero, me informo sobre la empresa. Leo su sitio web y averiguo a qué se dedica y qué le importa.

3. 03Step 2: Practice Answers

   Next, I practice answers to common questions, like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why do you want this job?" I say my answers out loud.

   Después, practico respuestas a preguntas comunes, como «Hábleme de usted» y «¿Por qué quiere este trabajo?». Digo mis respuestas en voz alta.

4. 04Step 3: Prepare Questions

   Then, I prepare two questions to ask them. For example, "What does a normal day look like in this job?"

   Luego, preparo dos preguntas para hacerles. Por ejemplo: «¿Cómo es un día normal en este puesto?».

5. 05Step 4: Arrive Early

   Finally, I arrive ten minutes early, smile, and say hello to everyone. When I'm ready, I feel much calmer. Thank you for listening.
