   Hi, everyone. Job interviews make me nervous, so I always prepare carefully. Today, I'll explain my four simple steps.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私は就職の面接で緊張してしまうので、いつも念入りに準備します。今日は、私の簡単な四つのステップを説明します。

2. 02Step 1: Learn About the Company

   First, I learn about the company. I read their website and find out what they do and what they care about.

   まず、会社について調べます。ウェブサイトを読んで、何をしている会社なのか、何を大切にしているのかを知ります。

3. 03Step 2: Practice Answers

   Next, I practice answers to common questions, like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why do you want this job?" I say my answers out loud.

   次に、「自己紹介をしてください」や「なぜこの仕事をしたいのですか？」のような、よくある質問への答えを練習します。答えは声に出して言います。

4. 04Step 3: Prepare Questions

   Then, I prepare two questions to ask them. For example, "What does a normal day look like in this job?"

   それから、面接官に聞く質問を二つ用意します。たとえば、「この仕事のふつうの一日は、どんな感じですか？」です。

5. 05Step 4: Arrive Early

   Finally, I arrive ten minutes early, smile, and say hello to everyone. When I'm ready, I feel much calmer. Thank you for listening.

   最後に、10分前に着いて、笑顔でみんなにあいさつします。準備ができていると、ずっと落ち着いていられます。聞いてくれてありがとうございました。
