   Hello, everyone. I'm a university student from Mexico. Last summer, I climbed Mt. Fuji with two friends. Today, I want to tell you about that night.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はメキシコ出身の大学生です。去年の夏、友達二人と富士山に登りました。今日は、その夜のことをお話ししたいと思います。

2. 02Starting the Climb

   We started climbing in the evening. Soon it was dark, so we used headlamps. The path was rocky and steep.

   夕方に登り始めました。すぐに暗くなったので、ヘッドライトを使いました。道は岩だらけで、急でした。

3. 03The Hard Part

   Near the top, it was very cold and windy. My legs were so tired. I wanted to stop, but my friends said, "Just a little more!"

   頂上の近くは、とても寒くて風が強かったです。足はくたくたでした。やめたくなりましたが、友達が「あと少しだけ！」と言ってくれました。

4. 04The Sunrise

   At the top, we waited. Then the sun came up over a sea of clouds. The sky turned orange. Everyone was quiet. It was beautiful.

   頂上で、私たちは待ちました。すると、雲の海の上から太陽がのぼってきました。空がオレンジ色に変わりました。みんな静かになりました。とてもきれいでした。

5. 05Conclusion

   The climb was really hard, but it was worth it. If you visit Japan in summer, try it! Bring warm clothes. Thank you for listening.
