   Hello, everyone. I'm a nurse from Vietnam. I'm busy, but I study English every day. Today, I will show you how.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はベトナム出身の看護師です。忙しいですが、毎日英語を勉強しています。今日は、そのやり方を紹介します。

2. 02In the Morning

   In the morning, I learn ten new words on my phone. I do it while I drink my coffee. It only takes ten minutes.

   朝は、スマホで新しい単語を10個覚えます。コーヒーを飲みながらやります。10分しかかかりません。

3. 03On the Bus

   On the bus to the hospital, I listen to easy English podcasts. I repeat the sentences quietly. This helps my speaking.

   病院へ行くバスの中では、やさしい英語のポッドキャストを聞きます。小さな声で文をくり返します。これがスピーキングの役に立ちます。

4. 04At Night

   At night, I write three sentences about my day in English. Then I read them out loud. Finally, I check them with an app.

   夜は、その日のことについて英語で3文書きます。それから、声に出して読みます。最後に、アプリでチェックします。

   My advice is this: study a little every day. Ten minutes is better than nothing. Thank you for listening!
