   Hello, everyone. I'm a nurse from Vietnam. I'm busy, but I study English every day. Today, I will show you how.

   大家好。我是來自越南的護理師。我很忙，但我每天都會讀英文。今天，我要跟大家分享我的做法。

2. 02In the Morning

   In the morning, I learn ten new words on my phone. I do it while I drink my coffee. It only takes ten minutes.

   早上，我會用手機學十個新單字。我是一邊喝咖啡一邊學。只要花十分鐘。

3. 03On the Bus

   On the bus to the hospital, I listen to easy English podcasts. I repeat the sentences quietly. This helps my speaking.

   搭公車去醫院的路上，我會聽簡單的英文Podcast。我會小聲地跟著複誦句子。這對我的口說很有幫助。

4. 04At Night

   At night, I write three sentences about my day in English. Then I read them out loud. Finally, I check them with an app.

   晚上，我會用英文寫三個句子，記錄我的一天。接著把它們大聲唸出來。最後，再用App檢查一下。

5. 05My Advice

   My advice is this: study a little every day. Ten minutes is better than nothing. Thank you for listening!
