1. 01Meal Kits: Are They Worth the Money?

   Hello, everyone. For three months, I ordered meal kits: boxes with recipes and exactly the ingredients you need for each dinner. Today, I'll share the pros and cons, and whether I think they're worth it.

   皆さん、こんにちは。3か月間、ミールキットを注文していました。毎晩の夕食のレシピと、ちょうど必要な分の材料が入った箱です。今日は、その良い点と悪い点、そしてお金を払う価値があるかどうかをお話しします。

2. 02Pro: No Planning

   The best thing was that I didn't have to plan. The recipes were chosen for me, and I never had to write a shopping list.

   一番良かったのは、献立を考えなくていいことでした。レシピは選んでもらえるので、買い物リストを書く必要が一度もありませんでした。

3. 03Pro: Learning New Dishes

   I also learned to cook dishes I'd never tried before, like Thai green curry and fresh pasta. My cooking skills really improved.

   タイのグリーンカレーや生パスタのような、それまで作ったことのない料理も作れるようになりました。料理の腕が本当に上がりました。

4. 04Con: The Price

   However, the biggest problem was the price. Each meal cost more than buying the same ingredients at the supermarket.

   でも、一番の問題は値段でした。1食あたり、同じ材料をスーパーで買うより高くつきました。

5. 05Con: So Much Packaging

   The other problem was packaging. Every small ingredient came in its own little plastic bag. My recycling bin was always full.

   もう一つの問題は、包装でした。小さな材料の一つ一つが、それぞれ小さなビニール袋に入っていました。リサイクル用のごみ箱は、いつもいっぱいでした。

6. 06My Verdict

   So, are they worth it? For me, they were great for a short time to learn new recipes. Now I've stopped the subscription, but I still cook many of the dishes I learned.

   では、お金を払う価値はあるのでしょうか？私にとっては、短い間、新しいレシピを覚えるにはとても良いものでした。今は定期購入をやめましたが、そこで覚えた料理の多くを今も作っています。

7. 07Conclusion

   In conclusion, meal kits are a good teacher, but an expensive habit. Try them for a month, learn a few recipes, and then cook on your own. Thank you.
