01Do We Eat Breakfast Before School?
Good morning, everyone. I often feel hungry in second period, so I wondered if my classmates feel the same. I made a short survey and asked all thirty-two students in our class about breakfast.

02The Main Result
Here's the main result. Fourteen students eat breakfast every day, eleven eat it sometimes, and seven never eat breakfast. So more than half of us often skip it.

03Why Do People Skip It?
I also asked the students who skip breakfast why. The most common answer was "no time," followed by "not hungry in the morning" and "nothing easy to eat at home."

04How Students Feel in Class
Then I asked everyone how they feel in the second period. In our class, students who skip breakfast said they feel hungry or tired more often. Of course, this is only one small class, so we can't say breakfast is the only reason.

05Simple Ideas
Based on these results, here are some simple ideas. Prepare breakfast the night before, keep grab-and-go food like bananas or yogurt at home, or bring a small snack for the break.
06A Suggestion for Our School
I'd also like to suggest that our school shop sells simple, healthy snacks before first period. That would help students who don't have time at home.
07Conclusion
To sum up, many of us skip breakfast, mostly because of time. With a little planning, we can start our school day with more energy. Thank you.
