1. 01A Day on Our Family Farm

   Hello, everyone. My family has a small rice and vegetable farm in northern Thailand. I work there with my parents. Let me tell you about a normal day.

   大家好。我家在泰国北部有一个种水稻和蔬菜的小农场。我和父母一起在那里工作。我来给大家讲讲普通的一天。

2. 025:00: Early Start

   We start at five o'clock, before it gets hot. First, I feed the chickens. Then I walk around the fields and check the plants.

   我们五点就开始干活，趁天还没热起来。首先，我喂鸡。然后，我在田里转一圈，查看一下庄稼。

3. 03Morning Work

   In the morning, we water the vegetables and pick the ripe ones. We put them in boxes for the market.

   上午，我们给蔬菜浇水，把成熟的摘下来。我们把它们装进箱子，准备拿去市场。

4. 04Afternoon

   At noon, it is very hot, so we eat lunch and rest. At three o'clock, I take the vegetables to the market in town.

   中午天很热，所以我们吃午饭、休息。三点，我把蔬菜送到镇上的市场。

   Farm work is hard, but I love being outside, and our food is very fresh. Thank you for listening.
