01My First Time Baking Bread
Hello, everyone. Last month, I baked bread for the first time. Today, I'll tell you how it went.
大家好。上個月，我第一次烤了麵包。今天，我來跟大家說說結果怎麼樣。
02Getting Ready
First, I bought four things: flour, water, salt, and yeast. I found an easy recipe online and watched a short video.
首先，我買了四樣東西：麵粉、水、鹽和酵母。我在網路上找到一個簡單的食譜，還看了一個短影片。
03A Big Mistake
Then, I made a big mistake. I didn't wait long enough for the dough to rise. My first bread was small and hard, like a rock!
然後，我犯了一個大錯誤。我沒有等麵糰發酵足夠長的時間。我的第一個麵包又小又硬，像石頭一樣！
04Trying Again
The next day, I tried again. This time, I was more patient. The bread came out soft and warm, and my kitchen smelled wonderful.
第二天，我又試了一次。這次我更有耐心了。麵包烤出來又軟又熱乎，我的廚房裡香極了。

Baking taught me to be patient, and that mistakes are OK. Now I bake bread every weekend. Thank you for listening.
