02What You Need
You need water, dashi soup stock, miso paste, tofu, and green onion. You can buy them at most Asian supermarkets.
03Step 1 and 2
First, heat the water with the dashi. Then, cut the tofu into small cubes and put it in the pot.
04Step 3: Add Miso
Next, turn off the heat. Put the miso in a ladle and mix it slowly into the soup. Don't boil it after you add the miso.
05Conclusion
Finally, add some green onion on top. Now your miso soup is ready. It's warm and simple. Please try it! Thank you for listening.
