   Hello, everyone. I'm a busy mother and a part-time teacher in Hanoi. Every Sunday evening, I plan my week with the calendar on my phone. Here's how I do it.

   Hola a todos. Soy una madre muy ocupada y profesora a tiempo parcial en Hanói. Todos los domingos por la noche, planifico mi semana con el calendario de mi teléfono. Así es como lo hago.

2. 02Step 1: Work and School

   First, I put in my work hours. Then I add my children's school events, like sports days and parent meetings.

   Primero, anoto mis horas de trabajo. Luego agrego los eventos escolares de mis hijos, como los días deportivos y las reuniones de padres.

3. 03Step 2: Colors

   Next, I use colors. Blue is for work, green is for family, and red is for very important things. I can see my week quickly.

   Después, uso colores. El azul es para el trabajo, el verde es para la familia y el rojo es para las cosas muy importantes. Así puedo ver mi semana rápidamente.

4. 04Step 3: Reminders

   After that, I set reminders. My phone reminds me one day before and one hour before. Now I never forget birthdays!

   Luego, configuro recordatorios. Mi teléfono me avisa un día antes y una hora antes. ¡Ahora nunca olvido los cumpleaños!
