   Hello, everyone. I'm a busy mother and a part-time teacher in Hanoi. Every Sunday evening, I plan my week with the calendar on my phone. Here's how I do it.

   大家好。我住在河內，是個忙碌的媽媽，也是兼職老師。每個星期天晚上，我都會用手機裡的行事曆來規劃這一週。我來分享一下我的做法。

2. 02Step 1: Work and School

   First, I put in my work hours. Then I add my children's school events, like sports days and parent meetings.

   首先，我把上班的時間排進去。接著，再加上孩子們學校的活動，像是運動會和家長會。

3. 03Step 2: Colors

   Next, I use colors. Blue is for work, green is for family, and red is for very important things. I can see my week quickly.

   再來，我會用顏色區分。藍色是工作，綠色是家庭，紅色是非常重要的事。這樣一週的行程我很快就能看清楚。

4. 04Step 3: Reminders

   After that, I set reminders. My phone reminds me one day before and one hour before. Now I never forget birthdays!

   然後，我會設定提醒。手機會在前一天和前一個小時通知我。現在我再也不會忘記別人的生日了！
