   Hello, everyone. I'm a busy mother and a part-time teacher in Hanoi. Every Sunday evening, I plan my week with the calendar on my phone. Here's how I do it.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はハノイに住む、忙しい母親で、パートタイムの教師です。毎週日曜日の夜に、スマホのカレンダーで1週間の予定を立てます。そのやり方を紹介します。

2. 02Step 1: Work and School

   First, I put in my work hours. Then I add my children's school events, like sports days and parent meetings.

   まず、仕事の時間を入れます。それから、運動会や保護者会など、子どもたちの学校の行事を足します。

3. 03Step 2: Colors

   Next, I use colors. Blue is for work, green is for family, and red is for very important things. I can see my week quickly.

   次に、色を使います。青は仕事、緑は家族、赤はとても大事なことです。1週間の予定がすぐに分かります。

4. 04Step 3: Reminders

   After that, I set reminders. My phone reminds me one day before and one hour before. Now I never forget birthdays!

   そのあと、通知を設定します。スマホが1日前と1時間前に教えてくれます。今では、誕生日を忘れることもありません！

   It only takes ten minutes on Sunday, but my week is much calmer. Try it this Sunday! Thank you for listening.
