   Hi, everyone. I'm a nurse in Toronto. Every Thursday night, I go to a salsa dance class. Let me tell you about it.

   皆さん、こんにちは。私はトロントの看護師です。毎週木曜日の夜、サルサダンスのクラスに通っています。そのことをお話しします。

2. 027:00: Warm Up

   The class starts at seven. First, we warm up and stretch. The teacher plays fun music.

   クラスは7時に始まります。まず、準備運動とストレッチをします。先生が楽しい音楽をかけてくれます。

3. 037:15: Learn New Steps

   Then, the teacher shows us a new step. We practice slowly, and then faster. I often make mistakes, but everyone laughs together.

   それから、先生が新しいステップを見せてくれます。最初はゆっくり、それから速く練習します。よく間違えますが、みんなで一緒に笑います。

4. 047:45: Dance With Partners

   After that, we dance with partners. We change partners every few minutes, so I meet many new people.

   そのあと、ペアになって踊ります。数分ごとにパートナーを替えるので、たくさんの新しい人に出会えます。

   After class, I feel happy and tired. Dancing gives me exercise, music, and new friends. Thank you for listening.
