   Hi, everyone. I'm a nurse in Toronto. Every Thursday night, I go to a salsa dance class. Let me tell you about it.

   大家好。我是多倫多的一名護士。每個星期四晚上，我都會去上薩爾薩舞課。讓我來跟大家講講吧。

2. 027:00: Warm Up

   The class starts at seven. First, we warm up and stretch. The teacher plays fun music.

   課程七點開始。首先，我們熱身和拉伸。老師會放一些很歡快的音樂。

3. 037:15: Learn New Steps

   Then, the teacher shows us a new step. We practice slowly, and then faster. I often make mistakes, but everyone laughs together.

   然後，老師會教我們一個新的舞步。我們先慢慢地練，然後再加快。我經常跳錯，但大家會一起笑。

4. 047:45: Dance With Partners

   After that, we dance with partners. We change partners every few minutes, so I meet many new people.

   之後，我們和舞伴一起跳。每隔幾分鐘我們就換一次舞伴，所以我能認識很多新朋友。

   After class, I feel happy and tired. Dancing gives me exercise, music, and new friends. Thank you for listening.
