1. 01My Weekly Salsa Dance Class

   Hi, everyone. I'm a nurse in Toronto. Every Thursday night, I go to a salsa dance class. Let me tell you about it.

   大家好。我是多伦多的一名护士。每个星期四晚上，我都会去上萨尔萨舞课。让我来跟大家讲讲吧。

2. 027:00: Warm Up

   The class starts at seven. First, we warm up and stretch. The teacher plays fun music.

   课程七点开始。首先，我们热身和拉伸。老师会放一些很欢快的音乐。

3. 037:15: Learn New Steps

   Then, the teacher shows us a new step. We practice slowly, and then faster. I often make mistakes, but everyone laughs together.

   然后，老师会教我们一个新的舞步。我们先慢慢地练，然后再加快。我经常跳错，但大家会一起笑。

4. 047:45: Dance With Partners

   After that, we dance with partners. We change partners every few minutes, so I meet many new people.

   之后，我们和舞伴一起跳。每隔几分钟我们就换一次舞伴，所以我能认识很多新朋友。

   After class, I feel happy and tired. Dancing gives me exercise, music, and new friends. Thank you for listening.
