1. 01My Morning at the Bakery

   Good morning, everyone. I'm a baker in Lyon, France. My work starts very early. Let me tell you about my morning.

2. 024:00: Start Work

   I start work at four o'clock. First, I turn on the big ovens. Then, I make the dough for bread and croissants.

3. 035:30: Bake

   At five thirty, I bake the bread and croissants. The whole bakery smells wonderful!

4. 047:00: Open the Shop

   After that, we open the shop at seven. The first customers come to buy hot bread before work.

5. 05Conclusion

   I finish work at noon. My job is tiring, but I love it because people smile when they buy my bread. Thank you for listening.
