   Hello, everyone. I'm a nurse from Vietnam. I'm busy, but I study English every day. Today, I will show you how.

2. 02In the Morning

   In the morning, I learn ten new words on my phone. I do it while I drink my coffee. It only takes ten minutes.

3. 03On the Bus

   On the bus to the hospital, I listen to easy English podcasts. I repeat the sentences quietly. This helps my speaking.

4. 04At Night

   At night, I write three sentences about my day in English. Then I read them out loud. Finally, I check them with an app.

5. 05My Advice

   My advice is this: study a little every day. Ten minutes is better than nothing. Thank you for listening!
