   Hello, everyone. Last winter, a big snowstorm came to my town in Canada. Everything stopped for a day. Let me tell you what happened.

   大家好。去年冬天，一场大暴雪袭击了我在加拿大的小镇。一切都停摆了一天。让我来告诉大家发生了什么。

2. 02The Morning

   In the morning, the snow was up to my knees. There was no school, and the buses didn't run.

   早上，雪深到我的膝盖。学校停课了，公交车也停运了。

3. 03Neighbors Helping Neighbors

   Then, everyone went outside. Neighbors shoveled snow together. We checked on the older people on our street and brought them hot soup.

   然后，大家都出门了。邻居们一起铲雪。我们去看望了街上的老人，还给他们送去了热汤。

4. 04In the Afternoon

   In the afternoon, the children built snowmen and had a big snowball fight. Even some adults joined!

   下午，孩子们堆起了雪人，还打了一场大雪仗。连一些大人也加入了！

   It was a very cold day, but it felt warm, because everyone helped each other. Thank you for listening.
