1. 01I Kept Getting Scam Messages

   Hi, everyone. Last spring, I got a text message that said my package couldn't be delivered. It had a link to "reschedule." I almost clicked it. Today, I'll talk about scam messages and how I protect myself now.

   大家好。去年春天，我收到一条短信，说我的包裹无法投递。里面有一个“重新预约”的链接。我差点就点了。今天，我来聊聊诈骗短信，以及我现在是怎么保护自己的。

2. 02The Problem

   After that, I noticed I was getting scam messages almost every week: fake delivery notices, fake warnings from banks, and messages saying I'd won a prize.

   从那以后，我发现自己几乎每周都会收到诈骗信息：假的快递通知、假的银行警告，还有说我中了奖的信息。

3. 03Warning Signs

   I learned to look for warning signs. Scam messages often sound urgent, like "Act now!" They include strange links, and they ask for passwords or card numbers.

   我学会了留意危险信号。诈骗信息常常听起来很紧急，比如“立即行动！”。里面会有奇怪的链接，还会要你提供密码或银行卡号。

4. 04Solution 1: Don't Click, Go Direct

   My first rule is: don't click the link. If a message says there's a problem with my bank or a package, I open the official app or type the website address myself.

   我的第一条规则是：不点链接。如果一条信息说我的银行账户或包裹有问题，我会打开官方应用，或者自己输入网址。

5. 05Solution 2: Slow Down

   My second rule is to slow down. Scammers want you to feel panic so you act without thinking. Now, when a message feels urgent, I wait five minutes before doing anything.

   我的第二条规则是：放慢速度。骗子就是想让你慌张，好让你不假思索地行动。现在，每当一条信息让人觉得很急，我都会先等五分钟再做任何事。

6. 06Solution 3: Report and Share

   Finally, I report scam messages and delete them. I also tell my parents about new types of scams, because older family members can be targets too.

   最后，我会举报诈骗信息，然后删掉。我还会把新型诈骗告诉我的父母，因为家里的老人也可能成为目标。
