1. 01I Kept Getting Scam Messages

   Hi, everyone. Last spring, I got a text message that said my package couldn't be delivered. It had a link to "reschedule." I almost clicked it. Today, I'll talk about scam messages and how I protect myself now.

   大家好。去年春天，我收到一條簡訊，說我的包裹無法投遞。裡面有一個「重新預約」的連結。我差點就點了。今天，我來聊聊詐騙簡訊，以及我現在是怎麼保護自己的。

2. 02The Problem

   After that, I noticed I was getting scam messages almost every week: fake delivery notices, fake warnings from banks, and messages saying I'd won a prize.

   從那以後，我發現自己幾乎每週都會收到詐騙資訊：假的快遞通知、假的銀行警告，還有說我中了獎的資訊。

3. 03Warning Signs

   I learned to look for warning signs. Scam messages often sound urgent, like "Act now!" They include strange links, and they ask for passwords or card numbers.

   我學會了留意危險訊號。詐騙資訊常常聽起來很緊急，比如「立即行動！」。裡面會有奇怪的連結，還會要你提供密碼或銀行卡號。

4. 04Solution 1: Don't Click, Go Direct

   My first rule is: don't click the link. If a message says there's a problem with my bank or a package, I open the official app or type the website address myself.

   我的第一條規則是：不點連結。如果一條資訊說我的銀行賬戶或包裹有問題，我會開啟官方應用，或者自己輸入網址。

5. 05Solution 2: Slow Down

   My second rule is to slow down. Scammers want you to feel panic so you act without thinking. Now, when a message feels urgent, I wait five minutes before doing anything.

   我的第二條規則是：放慢速度。騙子就是想讓你慌張，好讓你不假思索地行動。現在，每當一條資訊讓人覺得很急，我都會先等五分鐘再做任何事。

6. 06Solution 3: Report and Share

   Finally, I report scam messages and delete them. I also tell my parents about new types of scams, because older family members can be targets too.

   最後，我會舉報詐騙資訊，然後刪掉。我還會把新型詐騙告訴我的父母，因為家裡的老人也可能成為目標。
