   Hello, everyone. I work at a hotel, and I write many emails in English every day. Today, I'll explain how I write a polite email in four easy steps.

   大家好。我在一家酒店工作，每天都要用英文寫很多郵件。今天，我來講講我是怎麼用四個簡單的步驟寫出一封禮貌的郵件的。

2. 02Step 1: A Clear Subject

   First, I write a short, clear subject. For example, "Question about your booking." The reader knows the topic right away.

   首先，我會寫一個簡短、清楚的主題。比如「Question about your booking」，也就是「關於您預訂的問題」。讀的人馬上就知道是什麼事。

3. 03Step 2: A Friendly Greeting

   Then, I start with a greeting, like "Dear Ms. Brown." I often add, "I hope you are well." It sounds warm and polite.

   然後，我會用問候語開頭，比如「Dear Ms. Brown」（尊敬的布朗女士）。我還常常加上一句「I hope you are well」（希望您一切都好）。聽起來既親切又禮貌。

4. 04Step 3: The Main Point

   Next, I write the main point in one or two short sentences. When I ask for something, I use "Could you ...?" For example, "Could you tell me your arrival time?"

   接下來，我用一兩句簡短的話寫出要點。需要請對方做什麼的時候，我會用「Could you ...?」。比如，「Could you tell me your arrival time?」（能告訴我您的到達時間嗎？）

5. 05Step 4: A Polite Ending

   Finally, I end with "Thank you for your help" and "Best regards." Then I read the email one more time before I send it. Thank you for listening.

   最後，我會用「Thank you for your help」（感謝您的幫助）和「Best regards」（此致敬禮）結尾。然後在傳送之前，我會再讀一遍郵件。謝謝大家的聆聽。
