1. 01My Routine on a Long Flight

   Hello, everyone. I'm a university student from Brazil, and I study in Germany. I fly home twice a year. The flight is about twelve hours. Here is my routine.

   Hola a todos. Soy un estudiante universitario de Brasil y estudio en Alemania. Vuelo a casa dos veces al año. El vuelo dura unas doce horas. Esta es mi rutina.

2. 02Before Takeoff

   Before takeoff, I change into comfortable clothes. I fill my water bottle and put my headphones in my pocket.

   Antes del despegue, me pongo ropa cómoda. Lleno mi botella de agua y me guardo los audífonos en el bolsillo.

3. 03The First Hours

   In the first few hours, I eat dinner and watch a movie. Then I brush my teeth and get ready to sleep.

   En las primeras horas, ceno y veo una película. Luego me cepillo los dientes y me preparo para dormir.

4. 04Sleep and Stretch

   I sleep with an eye mask. When I wake up, I walk to the back of the plane and stretch my legs. I also drink a lot of water.

   Duermo con un antifaz. Cuando me despierto, camino hasta la parte trasera del avión y estiro las piernas. También tomo mucha agua.

5. 05Conclusion

   When I land, I am tired, but I feel OK. Then I see my family at the airport, and I forget about the long flight! Thank you for listening.

   Cuando aterrizo, estoy cansado, pero me siento bien. ¡Luego veo a mi familia en el aeropuerto y me olvido del largo vuelo! Gracias por escucharme.
