1. 01My Routine on a Long Flight

   Hello, everyone. I'm a university student from Brazil, and I study in Germany. I fly home twice a year. The flight is about twelve hours. Here is my routine.

   สวัสดีทุกคน ฉันเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยจากบราซิล และเรียนอยู่ที่เยอรมนี ฉันบินกลับบ้านปีละสองครั้ง เที่ยวบินใช้เวลาประมาณสิบสองชั่วโมง นี่คือกิจวัตรของฉัน

2. 02Before Takeoff

   Before takeoff, I change into comfortable clothes. I fill my water bottle and put my headphones in my pocket.

   ก่อนเครื่องขึ้น ฉันเปลี่ยนเป็นเสื้อผ้าที่ใส่สบาย ฉันเติมน้ำใส่ขวด และใส่หูฟังไว้ในกระเป๋าเสื้อ

3. 03The First Hours

   In the first few hours, I eat dinner and watch a movie. Then I brush my teeth and get ready to sleep.

   ในช่วงไม่กี่ชั่วโมงแรก ฉันกินอาหารเย็นและดูหนัง จากนั้นฉันแปรงฟันและเตรียมตัวนอน

4. 04Sleep and Stretch

   I sleep with an eye mask. When I wake up, I walk to the back of the plane and stretch my legs. I also drink a lot of water.

   ฉันนอนโดยใส่ผ้าปิดตา เมื่อตื่นขึ้นมา ฉันเดินไปท้ายเครื่องบินและยืดขา ฉันยังดื่มน้ำเยอะ ๆ ด้วย

5. 05Conclusion

   When I land, I am tired, but I feel OK. Then I see my family at the airport, and I forget about the long flight! Thank you for listening.
