   Hello, everyone. I'm from northern China. Every Lunar New Year, my whole family makes dumplings together. Let me show you how we do it.

2. 02Step 1: Make the Filling

   First, my mother makes the filling. She mixes pork, cabbage, green onion, and a little soy sauce.

3. 03Step 2: Fold the Dumplings

   Then, everyone sits at the table and folds the dumplings. My grandmother's dumplings are perfect. Mine are a little ugly!

4. 04Step 3: Boil and Eat

   Next, we boil the dumplings for a few minutes. We eat them with vinegar and talk until late at night.
