Good afternoon, everyone. Are you a morning person or a night owl? Today, I'll compare the two types and share what I learned about myself.

  2. 02Morning People

Morning people wake up early and feel full of energy. They often do their best work before lunch, but they get sleepy early in the evening.

  3. 03Night Owls

Night owls are the opposite. They find it hard to wake up, but they feel more awake and creative late at night.

  4. 04Is It in Our Genes?

  5. 05Comparing the Two

As you can see, both types have strengths and weaknesses. But since most schools and offices start early, life is often easier for morning people.

  6. 06What I Learned About Myself

I learned that I'm a night owl. So now, I do easy tasks in the morning and save difficult tasks for the evening. It works much better for me.

  7. 07Conclusion

In the end, neither type is better. The key is to know your type and plan your day around it. Thank you.
