1. 01Why a University Degree Is Still Worth It

Good morning, everyone. These days, many people ask whether university is still worth the time and money. Today, I'll argue that for most people, a degree is still a smart investment.

2. 02Higher Earnings

First, the numbers are clear. In many countries, people with a university degree earn more on average and are less likely to be unemployed than people without one.

3. 03Skills Beyond One Job

Second, university teaches skills that go beyond one job. Students learn to think critically, write clearly, and work with people from different backgrounds.

4. 04A Network for Life

Third, university gives you a network. The classmates, professors, and internship contacts you meet can open doors for many years.

5. 05Some Jobs Require It

In addition, many important jobs, like doctor, teacher, or engineer, still require a degree. Without one, those doors stay closed.

6. 06What About the Cost?

Of course, university can be expensive. But it's better to think of it as an investment. For most graduates, the long-term return is greater than the cost.

7. 07My Position

My position is this: a degree is still worth it for most people, especially if they choose their field and school carefully.

8. 08Conclusion

In conclusion, a university degree is more than a piece of paper. It's an investment in yourself that keeps paying back. Thank you.
