   Hello, everyone. In recent years, many people around the world have started working from home. Today, I'll look at the pros and cons of working from home, and share my own opinion.

   Здравствуйте, все. В последние годы многие люди по всему миру начали работать из дома. Сегодня я рассмотрю плюсы и минусы удалённой работы и поделюсь своим мнением.

2. 02No More Commuting

   Let's begin with the pros. The biggest advantage is no commuting. You save time and money, and you don't have to deal with crowded trains.

   Начнём с плюсов. Главное преимущество — не нужно ездить на работу. Вы экономите время и деньги, и не нужно терпеть переполненные поезда.

3. 03Freedom and Focus

   Another advantage is freedom. Many people can set their own schedule and focus better without constant interruptions from coworkers.

   Ещё одно преимущество — свобода. Многие могут сами составлять своё расписание и лучше сосредотачиваться, когда коллеги постоянно не отвлекают.

4. 04The Cons

   On the other hand, there are some cons. Some people feel lonely, and it can be hard to separate work from home life. Teamwork can also be more difficult when you never meet face to face.

   С другой стороны, есть и минусы. Некоторым людям одиноко, и бывает трудно разделить работу и домашнюю жизнь. Работать в команде тоже сложнее, если вы никогда не встречаетесь лично.

5. 05What Do Workers Want?

   So what do workers actually want? When I asked thirty people at my office, the most popular answer was not one or the other, but a mix of both. This is called hybrid work.

   Так чего же на самом деле хотят сотрудники? В моём опросе 30 человек у нас в офисе самым популярным ответом был не один из вариантов, а их сочетание. Это называется гибридной работой.

6. 06Making Hybrid Work

   To make hybrid work successful, companies can use office days for teamwork and meetings, and home days for focused work. Clear rules help everyone know what to expect.

   Чтобы гибридная работа была успешной, компании могут использовать офисные дни для командной работы и встреч, а домашние — для работы, требующей сосредоточенности. Понятные правила помогают всем знать, чего ожидать.

   In my opinion, the question isn't home or office. It's about finding the right mix for each job and each person. Thank you for listening.
