   Hello, everyone. I'm fourteen, and I live in a small town in Norway. Every Sunday morning, I go fishing with my dad. Here is our routine.

   大家好。我今年十四岁，住在挪威的一个小镇上。每个星期天早上，我都会和爸爸一起去钓鱼。这就是我们的日常安排。

2. 02Early Start

   We wake up at six o'clock. It is still dark. My dad makes hot chocolate, and we put it in a bottle.

   我们六点起床。天还是黑的。爸爸会做热巧克力，我们把它装进一个瓶子里。

3. 03At the Lake

   Then we walk to the lake. We sit on the rocks and wait. We don't talk much. It is very quiet and peaceful.

   然后，我们走到湖边。我们坐在石头上等着。我们不怎么说话。那里非常安静，也很平和。

4. 04Catching Fish

   Sometimes we catch a fish, and we cheer. Sometimes we catch nothing, but that's OK. We go home and eat a big breakfast.

   有时候我们会钓到鱼，然后一起欢呼。有时候什么也钓不到，但也没关系。我们回家吃一顿丰盛的早餐。

   For me, fishing is not really about fish. It is about time with my dad. I love our Sunday mornings. Thank you for listening.
