01My First Trip Abroad
Hello, everyone. I'm from Thailand. Last summer, I traveled abroad for the first time. I went to London for one week.
Hola a todos. Soy de Tailandia. El verano pasado viajé al extranjero por primera vez. Fui a Londres durante una semana.
02Before the Trip
Before the trip, I was very excited. But I was also a little nervous because my English wasn't very good.
Antes del viaje, estaba muy emocionado. Pero también estaba un poco nervioso porque mi inglés no era muy bueno.
03What I Saw
In London, I saw Big Ben and walked in many beautiful parks. I also rode the Underground. It's London's subway.
En Londres, vi el Big Ben y caminé por muchos parques preciosos. También me subí al Underground. Es el metro de Londres.
04A Funny Mistake
I made a funny mistake. At a restaurant, I asked for chips, and I got French fries! In British English, fries are called chips.
Cometí un error muy gracioso. En un restaurante, pedí "chips", ¡y me trajeron papas fritas! En inglés británico, a las papas fritas se les llama "chips".

On this trip, I learned something important: don't be afraid to speak. People were kind, even when I made mistakes. Thank you!
